Περιγραφή
The role:• Providing secretarial, administrative and research support
• Organizing and planning daily agenda and meetings
• Handling communication and correspondence
• Preparing presentations and reports
• Performing media monitoring
• Conducting research regarding geopolitical and strategic issues
• Researching and monitoring laws and policies of the EU
• Supporting ad hoc projects
Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration / International and European studies/ International Relations
• Postgraduate studies in the above fields are highly appreciated
• Up to 3 years of experience in any field
• Experience in research is considered an asset
• Excellent use of MS Office
• Excellent use of English
• Knowledge of French or German is more than welcome
• Team player, problem solver and excellent communicator, able to follow deadlines and deliver under pressure
