The candidate will be in charge of executing the company’s strategy with his/her assigned clients (Dealers and Key Accounts) in order to achieve the designated sales targets.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
The successfully evaluated candidate will manage a wide distribution portfolio in different channels and professional sectors in Western Greece, based in Patra.

𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐞/𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨:
•Develop the distribution to enhance their sales, professionalism and involvement with the company’s brand
•Market prospecting, attracting possible new distributors, but also clients by area and sector according to needs
•Development and maintenance of new or existing clients to boost their sales, professionalism and involvement with the brand
•Manage the wide portfolio of Direct Sales clients according to their assigned Target Group
•Management and monitoring of the assigned accounts (key accounts) at a national level: visits, offers monitoring and payments
•Presentation of products and news to customers
•Commercial technical advice in joint visits with the distribution commercial team
•Follow-up of offers and campaigns
•Monitor the fulfilment of targets
•Participation and collaboration in different commercial training actions
•Attendance and participation in sectoral or local fairs
•Improve the company’s image in the different sale points

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:
•Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience as a sales representative in Distribution Channels of an industrial/machinery’s company or similar field
•Business Administration/Marketing studies are valuable and an MBA will be a plus
•Good network within the professional sales sector and a good client portfolio
•Experience in Sales in Western Greece will be highly preferred
•Professional training in a technical area
•Proficient with MS Office and advanced in Microsoft Excel
•High level of English
•Knowledge and experience in ERP and CRM systems
•Ability to work with internal departments efficiently (Professional Sales Director, Customer Service Department, Finance Department, Aftersales service Department)
•Strategic Thinking and acting
