ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, an international Law Firm, is looking for an experienced Assistant Office Manager, to provide administrative support to the CEO and Partners of the Group.

Responsibilities:
The job holder will be implementing workflow procedures, undertaking a variety of administrative tasks and supporting company’s CEO.
More specifically he/she will:
• Manage the day-to-day office administration ensuring high quality standards are met
• Act as the point of contact for foreign Clients, Directories, Partners and C-Suite executives
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Organize and coordinate meetings/events
• Take minutes during meetings
• Maintain highest level of internal and external confidentiality
• Act as mediator between the CEO and other Partners of the company

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Fluent/Native in English (oral and written)
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
• Prior experience in a multinational Consulting Company or a foreign international Law Firm will be considered an asset
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Discretion and confidentiality
