The Client
ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a multinational company, leader in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative on a permanent basis for the Headquarters (HQ) and more specifically for the Contact Center of the Company.

Workplace Location: North Suburbs of Athens
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00

Job Description
The Job Holder will be responsible for providing excellent support, ensuring that all the issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

More specifically the ideal candidate shall:
•Review customer orders and ensure that all aspects of the Supply Chain process are met to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time
•Respond promptly to a wide range of customer queries, such as delivery schedules, product returns, invoicing issues
•Communicate with Customers through various channels
•Process orders, forms, applications and requests, regarding the products and their flow through the supply chain
•Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
•Provide feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Service Process
•Ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or economics
•2+ years of Customer Support Experience would be considered an asset
•Excellent command of the Greek Language (Written and Spoken) as well as basic knowledge of the English Language
•Computer Literate in Excel and Word, able to manipulate documents and spreadsheets.
•SAP knowledge would be considered a plus.
•Strong Problem Solving and active listening skills
•Very comfortable with numbers and translating them into meaningful information
•Fast thinker, hard worker and highly adaptable personality, working under pressure
