Customer Success Lead – SaaS Startup (Mobile App)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a Startup company, offering a SaaS mobile product for companies that wish to boost employee productivity, retention through digital, personalized, and comprehensive wellness insights and coaching, is in search of a Customer Success Lead, to join the team in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities:
The job holder will mainly be responsible to provide ongoing support to company’s clients and network with them, contribute to building relationships, implement new programs that will increase the business’ revenue potentials and minimize churn rates.

More specifically he/she will:
• Support customers as they transition from sales prospects, building close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job-order lasting process ownership with the business itself
• Work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account
• Work closely with other internal teams to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner
• Establish clear client retention goals
• Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
• Assist customers with setting up and navigating the company’s wellness program and platform
• Promote the value of the platform and brand
• Upsell services and products with the brand image
• Promote value through customer experience
• Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
• Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience

Candidate Profile:
• BSc or MSc in Communications or Marketing will be preferred
• Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
• Accountability and personal organization are essential
• Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
• Be process driven, Self-starter, dynamic and proactive
• Able to work in a global environment
