ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a Greek multinational company with offices in many locations across the world, that develops, manufactures, and assembles complete fuel cell systems, for the automotive, aviation, defense, oil and gas, marine, and power generation sectors is in search of a Human Resources Manager.

The role reports to the Management Team and will be located in Patra.

Key responsibilities:
The HR Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. His/Her duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and talent management.

More specifically he/she will:
• Establish, create HR policies and ensure compliance
• Establish organizational design
• Establish onboarding and recruitment procedures
• Set recruitment goals, create JDs, adverts and structured interview guidelines for Hiring Managers
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to create actionable recruitment goals that will drive the business forward
• Create an action plan to deliver a great experience that will advance ROI in other areas, including employee productivity, company profit, and employee experience
• Prioritize goals based on the business objectives and work with the management team to ensure the approach aligns with the company’s broader strategy
• Outline regulations for compliance, safety and health
• Work with management team and accounting department to establish and create job grades, salary ranges, as well as benefits and expenses plans
• Prepare to address any employee concerns by outlining the business’s standard of conduct, creating a plan to address issues, and establishing a system for gathering employee feedback and maintaining employee relationships
• Develop training programs and performance management methods
• Configuration of NAVISION to add and track employee time, recruit new employees, manage paychecks and benefits, automate administrative tasks, track compliance, keep records and historicity
• Prepare for audits

Candidate’s profile:
• BSc or MSC in HRM or related certifications
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive with years of experience and the level of responsibility
• Experience working with startups or organizations of similar industry or size
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Prior experience in the energy sector will be highly appreciated
• Knowledge of employment laws and other compliance issues
• Ability to conduct research, access resources, prioritize and juggle multiple projects, adjust to the quickly changing needs of a startup, and communicate directly with upper management
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with systems, ERPs and CRMs
• Innovative mindset and appetite for creativity
• Solution finder and great listener
