ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational manufacturing company in cleaning technology and services, is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager, dedicated to support the Professional Direct Sales department at the HQ in Athens.

The role reports directly to the Director of Professional Direct Sales.

Key objective:
You will be a member of a Team that values teamwork and can deliver what makes the company special for – to always provide the best solution, without exception.

More specifically the role involves:
• Management and monitoring of assigned Industrial Accounts (Key Accounts): Visits, offers and monitoring, payments
• Development of existing customers (Industrial sector) to enhance their sales and involvement with the brand
• Market prospecting, attracting potential new clients in the area and sectors of expertise
• Participation and collaboration in different commercial training actions
• Attendance and participation in sectoral or national / local fairs
• Support the Commercial Sales Technicians in the management of these Industrial Key Accounts in a local level
• Act in accordance with the quality management system ISO 9001:2015
• Ability to present offers and negotiate them to Direct Sales clients within the established margins

Candidate Profile:
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Valuable specific training in the area of Sales or related
• Minimun 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive
• Experience in the Industrial, Automotive sector or Products / services related to the industrial industry will be highly appreciated
• MS Office Knowledge
• Minimum advance/proficiency English level, able and confident in negotiation level, German knowledge is highly appreciated
• Knowledge and experience in ERP & CRM systems
• Active contact and direct customer service attitude
• Negotiation & Organizational skills
• Availability to travel
