ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading security company, that provides solutions in electronic monitoring, security services, secure solutions, youth custody and treatment programs, cash solutions, manned guarding, Integrated Technology, Access control, and Risk-based planning, is in search of a Key Account Manager, to join the company`s Commercial department in Athens, Greece.Περιγραφή
The role:The job holder will work closely with key customers and help them improve their cash handling efficiency and reduce their costs.
More specifically she/he will:
• Build, cultivate and grow strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities and collaborate with the team to achieve sustainable growth
• Implement sales strategy to mid and higher tier clients
• Explore vertical markets with current or new offerings
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Be responsible for sales to renewal cycle
• Maintain a solid track record of prospects, leads, sales and pipeline using Salesforce - CRM
• Participate in Tenders for major clients
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Candidate Profile:
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B Sales Department, preferably in the Service Sector/Financial services
• Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Ability to deliver sales targets with own initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organisational, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
• Excellent use of English
• Ability to travel once or twice/month
