In ManpowerGroup we are constantly expanding our portfolio, therefore we are in search of a Key Account Payroll Coordinator (GRC/ 300024) to deliver advanced payroll services to one of our key accounts.

What is Expected from You

You will be responsible for the timely and accurately delivery of a highly demanding payroll process, as well as for the handling of all labor, insurance and tax issues, along with ad hoc management reporting requests to support business decisions.

Who You Need to Be to Fit this Role

• A Junior payroll specialist with at least 1 year of experience in payroll, labor processes and tax regulations.
• Hands-on attitude with payroll software systems.
• Experience in supporting a team (will be considered positively).
• A hands-on, highly systematic and detail oriented individual, able to work under strict deadlines.
• A self-motivated professional who will perform dive deep payroll projects and will communicate effectively to client, senior management, heads of departments etc.
• An individual committed to the company’s values including ethics, quality and business controls.
• Experience in multinational standards of payroll is a plus.

What core requirements are needed for the role:

• BA/BS graduate in Finance, HR, Business or related field.
• Advanced in MS Excel.
