ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an international leader in innovative lighting products, as well as intelligent and connected lighting solutions (Smart Home), is in search of a Marketing Generalist, based in the Northern Suburbs of Athens.

Responsibilities:
The job holder will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and all marketing activities; from leading brand management, marketing communications, digital marketing and content, market research, pricing, and customer success.

More specifically he/she will:
• Responsible for MarCom budget plan, management of available budget resources and create effective, transparent and cost-efficient plans and actions
• Design and implement effective marketing programs per customer/products
• Implement sales channel specific marketing strategies and sales tools
• Propose tailormade promotions or support customers marketing on promotions to support customer sell-out
• Coordinate marketing activities with other functions to ensure an effective marketplace presence
• Handle marketing related customer requests: product data, pictures, catalogues, brochures, flyers, guidelines of using data and logo, POS proposals, merchandising.
• Ensure successful product launch activities including marketing literature, promotional programs, product data sheets, product catalogues
• Organize events, external and internal seminars, webinars trainings. e.g. place, groups, information, presentation, samples, demo-cases / tools, mkt materials/gifts
• Adapt international campaigns provided by HQ to local need
• Participate in EU-E Marketing meetings / Brand Meetings
• Manage and track of marketing materials and samples
• External Communication with online/offline media plan including Advertising files
• Handle Local Social Media (Facebook & Instagram)
• Market, product and competitor data research and analysis

Candidate Profile:
• BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communications, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing
• Technical knowledge and experience in the lighting industry will be considered an asset
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
• Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
• Technologically savvy and resourceful (SAP/CRM knowledge will be considered as an asset)
• Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
• Team player and effective communicator in speaking and writing
• Highly organized and reliable
• Digital marketing and social media strategy
