ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a leading financial services company, is in search of an Office Administrator to join the company’s office in Athens.

Περιγραφή

Workplace Location: Marousi, Athens
Working days and hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 12:30pm
Contract duration: 10 months contract (maternity cover), with perspective for renewal

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all office-related needs (ordering office and food supplies, etc.)
• Receiving and organizing all paperwork, contracts, invoices, and payments
• Assisting with document translation or marketing initiatives as and when required
• Managing and implementing COVID-19 operational processes
• Working alongside HR in supporting its core functions
• Responsible for managing the postal and cleaning services
• Managing guests visits (agendas, catering, reservations, other requested services)

Requirements:
• Previous experience in relevant field is desired
• Ability to be highly organized, experience of organizing small events is a plus
• Able to work autonomously and use your own initiative
• Personable and kind with strong communication skills
• Excellent command of English language
