ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is looking for a talented Payroll Executive to join the HR team, for a fixed term (6 month contract)

Responsibilities:
• Organize and Maintain personnel records
• Update HR databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave, staff changes, etc.)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
• Is responsible for reporting to ERGANI all hires, dismissals, overtime, working hours or other changes
• Answer employees’ queries about Legal and HR issues
• Issues all requested certifications to employees
• Follow up the company’s resignation processes
• Assist payroll department (outsourced) by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
• Follow up and reports the employees’ vacation or other employees leaves
• Reports and follow-up labor accidents
• Organize and report company’s doctor and safety technician time schedule
• Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize a job fair event)
• Keep updated knowledge of Greek Labor

Candidate Profile:
• University Degree
• 2 - 3 years of Administrator experience preferably in a temporary employment agency
• Very good Knowledge of “ERGANI” system
• Very good Knowledge of “SCAN HRMS”
• Experience in payroll administration will be considered a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking
• Attention to detail
• Collaboration skills
