Job DescriptionThe job holder will be responsible for:
• Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email or telephone
• Assisting clients with queries
• Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
• Promoting available products and services to clients
• Interacting with other departments
• Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
Candidate Profile
• Very good oral and written skills in English. Successful applicants will be asked to demonstrate their language knowledge through testing.
• Experience in a similar Customer Care role will be highly appreciated
• Ability to work on shifts (08:00-16:30 or 15:00-23:30), Monday to Friday
• Degree in a business-related field will also be assisted as an extra asset
• Strong communicative, organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent computer skills
Remuneration Package
• Gross Salary 1.000 – 1.100€
