ManpowerGroup Greece, is growing and is currently looking for an HR enthusiast to cover the position of Recruiter in our premises in Athens.

Περιγραφή

Responsibilities:
•Gaining a deep understanding of client needs for recruitment, staffing and payroll
•Sourcing and attracting candidates by using various sources such us ManpowerGroup database, LinkedIn, career offices, job fairs, references etc
•Conducting individual or group interviews of candidates in a daily basis (F2F/Phone/Skype)
•Using our Manpower methodology and tools to screen candidates, interview them, do background checks and match them with the needs of our clients
•Advising both clients and candidates on employment conditions, salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities
•Detecting avenues of business development with existing clients
•Meeting monthly and annual targets within strict deadlines


Candidate Profile:
•At least two (2) years of working experience in a similar position
•University degree in Business Administration, Social Science or relevant fields
•Master’s degree in HR will be considered as an asset
•Excellent command of the English Language (oral and written)
•A proven high performer with very strong drivers and great energy levels, that understands the key principals contributing to a high performing HR solutions team
•Customer focused and achievement orientated
•Commitment to provide excellent quality work and build client relationships
•Strong teamwork skills
