On behalf of our partner, GUESS?, INC., we are looking for Sales Associates (Full and Part time) to work for one of the most recognized and influential apparel brands in the world! You will join a multinational team that trusts the ability of its professionals and rewards talent.

To succeed in the role, you should be passionate about fashion, enthusiastic and committed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be a passionate brand representative, providing a simple but unique customer experience, greet with smile, respond with warm gaze and provide a superior service at all time
• Improving engagement through merchandising, ensuring sales increases, providing superior product knowledge
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• An Associate’s degree or high school diploma
• Retail sales experience
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math

COMPETENCES AND SKILLS:
• Uses judgment when making decisions
• Acts with Integrity and Respect
• Adapts to changes required by the business
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Assumes and completes other duties as assigned
