ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational manufacturing company, specialized in Business Supplies & Equipment, is looking for a Sales Manager, dedicated to support the Professional Dealer Sales department at the company’s HQ in Athens.

The role will report directly to the Professional Sales Director of Greece

Περιγραφή

The Professional Dealer Sales Manager is responsible for working with our key dealer network in a designated territory for the long term profitable growth of the Professional business unit. In addition, to attract new and create new dealer partnerships.

More specifically the role involves:

Territory Management
• Responsible for all product sales through Dealers etc. in the Territory
• Responsible for account management of nominated dealers etc
• Identify and work with new Trade Partner opportunities to expand the Professional Business Unit footprint
• Assist with B2C sales enquiries where required

Product Support
• Collaboratively work with internal teams to ensure go-to-market strategies are executed effectively & efficiently
• Analyse market needs and trends, identify support programs and initiatives to drive profitable growth and meet sales targets
• By store, develop and implement nominated National Distributors in-field support programmes
• Generate product sales through product demonstrations.
• Develop sales forecasts on a monthly basis
• Report on Territory’s performance, actions/activities, market trends and competitor activity daily in CRM software
• Analyse the Territory’s sales targets, forecasts and budgets, and account for variance in results
• Recommend sales and marketing activities for the Territory to achieve short and long term business objectives, increase profit and market growth
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing plans, e.g. advertising, promotion campaigns, promotional activities, market and competitor research
• Assist in building and maintaining an effective dealer/distributor/service agent network in the Territory
• Initiate and maintain contact with major end user customers, suppliers, and industry and government bodies to achieve the business objectives
• Comply with all OH & S requirements for all activities performed
• Build and maintain excellent relationships and confidences with all internal & external stakeholders
• Participate in trade shows, field days, customer events, training/presentation events, etc.
• Undertake Dealer Accreditation as required in line with the Company’s accreditation guidelines
• Support In the organization/preparation and execution of dealers field actions (eg roadshows) in collaboration with the respective area manager

Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in the area of Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in Professional Channels, with experience managing international teams
• Full proficiency of English, any other European languages are highly appreciated
• MS Office proficient, familiar with CRM use
• Global understanding of all core business processes (finance, sales, marketing)
• Business developer, proactive and with focus on problem solving
• A very structured work ethic and mind set with good analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Team spirit and cooperative
• Confidently dealing with stressful situations
• Ability to handle work load complexity
• Availability to travel
