What`s the role?

. Manage partner forecasting/partners performance by tracking tools.
. Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities detected, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate.
. Responsible for a portfolio of partners and to develop their client business sell out, growth and margin, based on the client Strategy.
. Understand partner market and competition (through tools and reports made available from client as well as reviews with reseller).
. Identify areas of improvement/training needed for the team, collaborating closely with operational leads.
. Design knowledge assessments and take actions based on results.
. Maintain the relevant administration/reporting documentation, drive the analytical actions to measure knowledge, training effectiveness and areas of improvement.

What`s required?

. Native or proficient level of German (C2) both verbal and written.
. Fluent in the English language (at least C1) both verbal and written.
. Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent presentation and communication skills.
. Proven Experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Supervisor or similar role.
. Sound business acumen and commercial mindset.
. Flexibility, initiative, willingness to drive change.
