🖋️You will be reporting to: Business Development Manager

What you will do:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager who will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

More specifically, the candidate will:

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of company’s products and services
• Provide expert advice on travel solutions, cost-saving strategies, and industry best practices to clients
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external colleagues and management, locally and internationally, to understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth
• Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
• Develop and implement account plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and overall business growth.

What we are looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, preferably in the travel industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
