ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a Greek distributor, specialized in IT services and IT consulting, is in search of an Administrative Assistant to join the team, in Athens, Greece.Περιγραφή
Responsibilities:The job holder will be assisting with daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities.
More specifically he/she will:
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Provide support to the Managing Director
-Customer Invoicing via ERP program
-Keep inventory track record
-Prepare monthly financial reports, (budget, balance sheets)
-Bank reconciliation and process payments
-Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
-Act as point a of contact for internal and external clients
-Assist in the preparation of reports
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for supervisors and managers
-Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting
-At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in relevant role
-Knowledge of accounting is a plus
-Fluency in English
-Hands on experience with MS Office and ERP (Epsilonnet or Entersoft is a plus)
-Excellent communication and organization skills
-Professionalism and discretion
