Περιγραφή
What you will do:•Accounting for Low-Value Purchases.
•Invoice control: Subcontractors, transport companies, third-party services, etc.
•Maintain accurate records of low-value purchases and expenses.
•Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and regulations.
•Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed.
•Documentation Management:
•Manage the printing, scanning, and filing of documentation within the productive plant.
•Ensure proper organization and storage of documents for easy retrieval.
•Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary paperwork.
•Personnel Hours Allocation.
•Impute and track personnel hours for payroll and project management purposes.
•Collaborate with team leads to ensure accurate recording of work hours.
•Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive personnel data.
•Routine Administrative Tasks:
•Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and customer accomodation.
•Assist in coordinating meetings and events as required.
•Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in accounting or documentation management.
•Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
•Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
•Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
•Familiarity with basic administrative procedures and protocols.
•Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
•High proficiency in both English and Greek languages (spoken and written).
