ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a dynamic vehicle distributor for South Europe is looking for an Aftersales Dealer Network Coordinator

📌 Location: Athens
📍 Working Model: On-site
🖋️ You will be reporting to: After Sales Director based in Lubliana, Slovenia

Περιγραφή

You will be in charge of:
•Supporting the authorised service network in terms of service network development, customer satisfaction, service processes and achievement of set goals
•Monitoring and analysing business indicators in the authorised service network and preparation of an action plan
•Motivation of the sales and service network for new projects and implementation of new processes
•Cooperation and coordination in marketing activities in the field of service,
•Implementation of service standards in the authorised sales and service network
•Coordination in resolving possible complaints
•Preparation and implementation of various projects

Candidate’s Profile:
•Bachelor`s Degree in the Technical or other relevant field
•At least 3 years of experience in the field of vehicle sales
•Oral and written proficiency in the English language
•Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point in the MS Office environment
•Driving license B category and willingness to travel for business
•Knowledge of basic processes in the service is an advantage

Skills:
•Persuasive communication and performance
•Willingness to work with people
•Self-initiative and independended
•Ability to learn quickly
•Good observation skills and the ability of finding advanced solutions
