ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an International Technology Services Provider, with focus at offering digital transformation ticketing services in the airline industry, is looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join their Delivery Team.

Workplace Location: Greece – Fully Remote (you need to be based in Greece and holder of a valid EU Work Permit)

What you will be doing:

As an Agile Project Manager you will be part of their team whose vision is to ensuring consistency across projects, shared interactions across teams, managing specific projects and guiding the product development teams. Generally, our client follows an agile approach, and hence experience in how to apply this methodology is considered an advantage.

More specifically you will:

Act as Project Manager (up to 3 Projects)

Participate at Kick Off of Projects

Mentor team members on agile software development practices

Advocating in adopting agile best practices and processes

Supporting sustainable Agile practices and establishing program base-level principles, practices and processes that will enable sustainable product development

Requirements

Graduate of Computer Science or similar field(s)

4+ Years in a Delivery/Project Manager role, working with Agile methodologies

Good knowledge of industry standards and best practices surrounding all aspects of the SDLC

Technical background will be considered a huge plus

Experience with PM tools (VSTS and JIRA or other similar tools)

Agile Certification- SaFe or otherwise will be highly appreciated

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including hosting meetings, presentations and documentation, translating user/business requirements into tangible technical and user requirements
