ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leader in green building industry, is looking for an Applications Support Engineer to join their team in Schimatari!

The company has global presence, providing materials and solutions with aim the protection of environment and life quality. As being part of an international team, you will be working closely and reporting to the Project Management Officer in Italy, and General Manager in Greece, to assist in defining policies and development plans for the corporate information systems.

Location: Schimatari, Central Greece, Greece

What you will be doing:
Overall, you will get the opportunity to participate at numerous interesting and challenging Projects and you will drive forward the Digitalization of the Greek entity, according to the Global Standards.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include

• Supporting company’s software applications on a daily basis wit the guidance of Group’s IT department
• Assisting with the implementation of ERP modules (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) projects and solutions, according to the Group’s instructions
• Managing local and group assigned projects, planning activities, and determining specific needs and objectives
• Communicating with all areas of the business and providing daily support and training to new and existing users.
• Analyzing current business processes, proposing improvements, and implementing new process in an international ICT environment
• Resolving issues and creating documentation and user’s manuals
• Supervising life cycle of hardware and software company’s assets
• Upscaling established projects and procedures by introducing new best practices

Skill to Excel
• Customer Centricity: develop and maintain intimacy with business, be a strong partner for the business for all IT matters, be the voice of the business towards IT and the voice of IT towards business.

You need to be able to travel, for training reasons or for participating at Group Projects. Travel estimation: 10 weekly travels on an annual basis
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another related field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or as an IT Consultant or Analyst
• Past experience with SAP ERP (preferred modules: SD, MM, EWM, PP) or Salesforce CRM is not required, but it will be considered as a huge plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 will be highly appreciated
• Excellent command of English language as you will be liaising with an international team on a daily basis
• Good project management and problem-solving skills
