Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to develop the existing clientele mainly in the Attica Region and lead the sales representative team.

Key Accountabilities
• Manages Business Development and market expansion
• Reaches the targets and goals set for his/hers area
• Establishes, maintains and expands his/hers customer base
• Develops, recommends and implements multi-year and annual Sales Plans
• Proposes performance metrics for sales representatives
• Recruits and trains sales representatives
• Reporting to Sales Director
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Specific Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in relevant sector
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in business environment in FMCG or Pharma sector and preferably in Natural Cosmetics
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience as a Pharmacist will be considered a plus
• Ability to travel
