ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a company in the production of plastic packaging material, is seeking a Assistant Production Manager.


📌 Location: Scimatari, Voiotia
🖋️ You will be reporting to: Production Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising the production process.
• Optimizing production procedures.
• Ensuring the achievement of the production schedule in terms of planned volumes and timelines.
• Monitoring compliance with ERP procedures.
• Monitoring machine performance (via EVOCON software), taking measures to improve it.
• Coordinating the activities of shift supervisors to achieve production targets.
• Supervising, evaluating, and guiding production staff.
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborating with all company departments and external partners.
• Implementing new effective practices to improve the production process.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an industrial production environment.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in shifts.

• Ability to cooperate with different departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
