ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a leading IT Services Company, is seeking for a Backend Developer (PHP), for its premises in Thessaloniki.

What you will be doing:
As a Backend Developer you will be working with a team of software engineers and your accountabilities will be to develop, test, document and maintain web applications, e-commerce sites, and work at custom Projects.

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Develop custom solutions for company’s customers
• Solve problems and learn new technologies
• Design, develop, test, document and maintain web applications and APIs
• Work closely with Frontend Developers, DevOps and Project Managers

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Solid experience in development of software in PHP
• Experience of e-commerce CMS (OpenCart, WooCommerce)
• Experience with Git or version control
• Good knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, MariaDB)
• Good knowledge and understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (JQuery), Ajax, Sass
• Overall good programming skills in Object-Oriented programming and development Principles
• Ability to apply analytical skills related to problem resolution and keen attention to detail

Any of the following will be considered an asset
• Experience of at least one of PHP Framework (Laravel, Yii, Symfony)
• Experience with Frontend JavaScript libraries or Framework (Angular, React, Vue.js)
