Responsibilities:
The job holders will be asked to create, manage and develop new business client’s opportunities, from cold-calling to close of business, working alongside an experienced and dynamic team.

More specifically the successfully evaluated candidates will:
• Develop a database of leads and prospective clients through cold-calling segmented by industry sector and by foreign exchange turnover, as well as trade finance perspective
• Research the client and sector to identify possible client needs and solutions that can be offered
• Develop and help maintain new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact
• Present company’s services to prospects and create solutions for their foreign exchange, hedging, payment and/or trade finance requirements
• Set up meetings to attend with a senior colleague to visit the client and close business
• Increase market knowledge and develop relationships with clients by keeping them up to date on currency
• Attend exhibitions or networking events where potential new business opportunities could be pursued (when possible, due to COVID19 restrictions)

Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Ideally 1-2 years of commercial experience within a B2B Sales environment
• Basic understanding of the FinTech industry, with the interest and ability to become an expert
• Researching skills and creative hunting methods to approach clients
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
• Commercial acumen and drive for results
• Resilient, aggressive but also polite and humble
• Extrovert and able to create a networking
• Motivated to work in a target-driven environment
