Business Development Director (Corporate Real Estate Advisory)

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a Greek company focusing on implementation of construction contracts and on design and construction management, is in search of a Business Development Director, specialised in Real Estate Development and Property Management, to lead the company’s newly established subsidiary company in this sector.

The role reports to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities:
The Business Development Director is a key position for the company, organizing and assisting to the creation of the newly established subsidiary in Real Estate Development and Property Management, from scratch. He/She will be primarily responsible for growing the business by developing relationships with clients.

More specifically he/she will:
• Providing Strategic Real Estate Advice Corporations, public sector and private clients
• Identifying and pursuing of strategic business opportunities, partnerships, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures
• Evaluating Real Estate, short- and long-term goals and providing options for the best use of properties
• Creating fruitful relationships with customers
• Researching organizations and individuals to identify new collaborations and potential new markets
• Researching the needs of the market
• Preparing presentations, handling tender processes and sales displays
• Contacting clients for new developments in the company’s products
• Negotiating lease agreements and renegotiating
• Developing sales goals

Candidate’s profile:
• BSc/ MSc in Business Administration, Finance, Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Corporate Real Estate Advisory & Asset Management experience is a top priority
• At least 5-10 years of previous experience in a similar position
• Expert Valuer in Real Estate Property Certification will be desirable
• Fluency in English
• Strategic planning, project execution and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and orientation to achieve goals through a customer-centric approach
• Excellent time management, organization and presentation skills
• Availability for traveling
