for the Electromechanical Department of the company

Based in Athens

Main scope:
The role will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the operation of the Electromechanical department of the company having the overall management of the execution of renewable energy projects with regards to project`s time schedule, quality standards, and costs.

Περιγραφή

Responsibilities:
• Planning, executing, monitoring, and reviewing the company’s projects.
• Responsible for all the O&M program and management start to end.
• Overseeing the accounting, costing, and billing of EPC and O&M projects.
• Coordination and technical management of subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Overseeing procurement and suppliers to project`s requirements
• Creation, documentation, and monitoring of project offers and contracts.
• Maintaining contact and negotiating with clients.
• Close collaboration with the other departments of the company.
• Implementing and overseeing operational policies and procedures and security operations.
• Leading, motivating and ensuring the safety of the staff and the effective and safe use of equipment
• On site supervision and inspection of projects in compliance with the requirements and the H&S measures.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of renewable energy projects. (MV, HV)
• Previous experience in managing teams and negotiations
• Previous experience with costing, and billing of EPC and O&M projects and offers.
• Excellent ability of multitasking and monitoring multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, English & Greek
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office (MS Project, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, CYMGRD, POWERFACTORY, PRIMARY TEST MANAGER
• Knowledge of using equipment for metrics (VLF, OMICRON,FLUKE)
• Availability to travel.

• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Great negotiation skills, ability to work within specific timeframes and being flexible and adaptable.
• Strong decision-making abilities and risk analysis.
• Available to travel for inspections.


Remuneration Package:
