The ideal Candidate should: 
-Evaluate recordings and evaluations of calls according to a given repository.
-Participate in the process of upgrading project quality skills through calibration and calibration sessions.
-Develop and deliver presentations, facilitate workshops and round tables related to Quality topics.
-Contribute to the creation of necessary quality improvement plans.
-Report to Quality Manager on the findings of the performed audits.
-Strong analytical skills.
-Master of Office tools and perfect master of Excel.
-Excellent sense of listening and good interpersonal skills.


Profile:
-Fluency both in Dutch and English language.
-Customer service experience will be consider as a plus.
-Demonstration of reliability and force of proposal.
-Tech savvy.
-Knowledge in MS office tools and most particularly Excel.
-Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative.
