ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a well-known and reputable ed-tech platform, specialized in the educational sector is in search of Educational Sales Advisors who are interested in joining one of the most dynamic and pioneering teams, for Athens Branch.

This role reports to the Team Leader of the Department.

Job Description:

The job holders will be mainly responsible for providing excellent customer and sales service to the team, whilst keeping the customer satisfaction in high levels, ensuring loyalty and retention.
More specifically, the right incumbents would be accountable for:
• Actively reaching out to qualified, interested leads (parents, students, adults) conducting analytical needs analysis to understand their educational aspirations
• Pairing the student with the ideal tutor, organizing a free consultation session to build a personalized educational session
• Partnering with the Customer Success Team to welcome new customers to company’s platform, fostering the best class onboarding experience
• Working closely with the Tutor Management Team to deliver the best solution for the prospect and ensure an excellent tutoring experience
• Acting as an ambassador of GoStudent mission, brand, product and tech

Candidate’s Profile:
•Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of sales, mostly in B2C sales industry
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Τalent in Multitasking
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in Greek and English Language (Oral and Written)
• Proficient in MS Office
