Entry Level IT Consultants (Banking, Hybrid)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading company that provides IT Services in the Financial Sector, is looking for Entry level IT Consultants (Application Developers/Analysts), to join a large team that supports a Digital Transformation Project at a major bank in Greece!

Location: North-East Athens, Greece (in a hybrid working model)

It’s an initial 1-year contract.

You will be working closely with a team of experienced Developers and Analysts on core banking systems and applications (Loans, Mortgages, Payments, Deposits, Cards), while joining large-scale, on-going transformation projects, with the aim to perform integration to business applications efficiently.

More specifically, you will be:

Participating in full software development lifecycle of Banking projects

Applying existing standards for programming, naming, security and performance

Providing proper code documentation

Requirements

BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related field

Knowledge of any of the following languages: C, C# or Java

Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases

Experience using Git framework for version control will be a plus

Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to work independently and as a member of a team

Willingness to learn

Fluency in Greek and English

Extra points if you’re:

Open-minded, eager to be trained on new languages, tools and technologies

Recruiting process:

You will complete a technical assessment (OOP Programming), where you will have to score at a good level. Once the test is conducted successfully, you will have a short interview, to get to know you and discuss your background, projects, and stack.
