📌 Location: Glyfada, Athens
📍 Working Model: on-site
🖋️You will be reporting to: Managing Director
What you will do:
Acting as an F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations, managing staff, ensuring quality service, controlling budgets, and coordinating with different departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
More specifically:
• Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for F&B operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
• Oversee reservations, event planning, and special functions when required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support business operations with office management duties including scheduling, reporting, vendor management, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

What we are looking for:• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and restaurant management software (POS systems, reservation platforms, etc.)
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, budgeting, and cost control.
