📌 Location: Apropyrgos
🖋️ Reporting: Sales & Marketing Director
Key Objective: Responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships within the global forwarding sector, as well as the groupage service. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop tailored solutions that meet clients` logistics needs and exceed their expectations.

💼 Key Responsibilities:•Identify and target potential clients in the global forwarding industry through strategic prospecting and networking efforts
•Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultative sales support and delivering personalized solutions
•Develop and present proposals, pricing strategies, and service offerings to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our company
•Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client contracts and agreements
•Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Candidates Profile:
•Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
•Minimum 3 years of experience in an organized sales department specializing in International Transport services
•Very good knowledge of Groupage in international road transport
•Demonstrated sales effectiveness and excellent knowledge of the international road transport market
•Excellent negotiation and communication skills with ability to build rapport and influence decision makers
•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
•Proficiency in English
•Proficiency in MS Office suite
•Passion for customer service
•Driving license holder
