Our client, a multinational organization operating in the Energy Industry, is looking for Field Support Engineer. You will be expected to investigate technical deviations, prepare technical answers to queries from maintenance teams and evaluate upgrade solutions from OEMs.

The selected candidate will be direct report to Technical Operations Manager.

Περιγραφή

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will:
• Liaison with technical services to ascertain the cause of turbine failures, working undertaken and provide solutions to minimize downtime of the assets
• Developing systems and procedures to manage the repair of the spare parts
• Revising existing specifications or creating new ones for due diligence of various turbine technologies
• Proactive monitoring of operating sites in conjunction with other team members.
• Follow up any performance retrofit issue.
• Advising field-based staff regarding reactions to alarms from monitoring systems.
• Participating in various technical coordination meetings
• Working with equipment vendors on repair of spare parts
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
To be successful in the role you will need to have:
• 3 -7 years of experience in similar position, experience from renewable Energy industry will be highly advantageous
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of SCADA
• Experience in the fields of Rotating mechanics, Hydraulics, LV/MV Electrical Systems and Electronics
• Excellent knowledge of English language and MS Office
