Περιγραφή

The ideal Candidate should:
. Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times
. Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via free phone lines, mail and online chat for customers in order to diagnose and repair faults, resolve network issues and others
. Talk to customers through a series of actions to resolve a technical problem
. Be able to analyze problems and quickly form solutions to return systems to proper operation

Profile:

. Fluency in German, Italian or French language
. Proficient English Skills (Oral and Written).
. Tech savvy
. Previous experience in the field will be considered as an asset
. Genuinely excited to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving oriented
. Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative
