What`s the role?

✔ Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
✔ Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via inbound calls, mail, and online chat for customers to resolve any issues.
✔ Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
✔ Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)

What`s required?

✔ Fluency in οne of the following languages: German, Polish, Czech.
✔ Proficient English Skills (Oral and Written).
✔ Tech savviness

Bonus Points:

✔ Previous experience in the field will be considered as a plus, but it is not mandatory.
✔ Genuinely excited to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving oriented.
✔ Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative personality.
