ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a Leading Financial and Technology Services Provider is seeking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to join their Team

Workplace Location: Athens - Northern Suburbs – Hybrid Work Model

What you will be doing:

You will be part of the international Infrastructure Team and you will be reporting to the Senior IT Director. You will work alongside different business leaders and units to design modern Cloud solutions that achieve Group’s business goals while also supporting existing infrastructure.

More specifically you will:

Co-ordinate and lead the Network Engineering team (now 1 subordinate and expected to grow)

Design, review, and co-ordinate integration of infrastructure for new and existing systems

Liaise and co-ordinate with the Delivery teams providing infrastructure services and support both internally and externally

Maintain a full map of the infrastructure in use within the Group

Optimize existing systems to ensure security and efficiency within Group

Recommend improvements or alternative technologies to better meet business needs

Requirements

A BSc/MSc Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Telecoms or relevant education

2 years of experience in the role of Infrastructure Architect or similar Senior role

5 years wider experience working in an IT role, preferably in an ICT integrator

Experience specifying environments within MS Azure

Good understanding of Microsoft Technology

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

Team Leadership Skills

Strong Interpersonal/collaboration/teamwork skills
