On behalf of our partner, an Architecture Studio, luxury-led and concept-driven, active in the architectural interior design and construction for the luxury hospitality and residential sector, we are looking for aProject Manager
to lead, coordinate, and supervise design and construction activities, regarding interior design and FF & E solutions.
This role is reporting to the MD.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES• Management of all “Interior Design and FF and E” projects
• Projects’ Time and delivery management
• Handle and coordinate all related suppliers, providers, and constructors.
• Budget Control and Risk Management
• Lead and Coordinate “Interior Design and FF and E” Practice Team
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture (or Civil Engineering)
• Energetic and responsive with a sharp eye for detail, design sensibility and a passion for materializing concepts
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction. Ideally valid experience in managing teams and projects within a luxury hotel, residential or interiors environment, from concept to completion.
• Familiar with Autodesk / Revit, desirable
• Owner of a valid driving license and means of transportation
• Excellent command of English language
