ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a smart office management firm, is seeking for an IT and Network Engineer - 1st Level Support to join their Customer Service Team.

Workplace Location: Athens - Northern Suburbs

Περιγραφή

What you will be doing:

As a member of the Customer Service Team, you will ensure reliable operations for the office building residents of 250+ people providing infrastructure and networking support. In addition, you will provide L1 network connectivity troubleshooting for MacOS, Winxx, iOS and Android.

More specifically you will:

Perform day-to-day networking and system tasks ensuring reliability, availability and serviceability with minimal interruption

Provide L1 technical support, responding to tickets from the internal users/clients

Provide support for problem identification, diagnosis and resolution and liaise with vendors as necessary, escalate and follow up, to ensure that the issue has been resolved

Coordinate these activities with the aid external partners, without disturbing the operations of the other systems

Maintain an incident report, by logging the incidents and their resolution

Requirements

Α Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network and Communications or relevant field

2+ yrs of working experience in Networking technologies and Managed Switches (R and S, Firewalling, Security, VPNs, VLANs, QoS etc)

Experience in Wireless Technologies (Ubiquiti Networks, Cambium)

Ability to communicate with various levels of management and work closely with external IT System and Network teams

Strong communications skills, work ethic, team spirit and excellent problem-solving skills

Will be highly appreciated any knowledge

In xxnix (Ubuntu / CentOS / Redhat)
