In ManpowerGroup Greece we are constantly growing and we are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Technology Recruitment Team!



By joining out team, you will be part of the team which successfully delivers Tech Recruitment Projects for our Clients across various industries, and from start-ups to well-known Technology Firms.

What we expect you to do:
• Gain a deep understanding of our clients’ recruitment needs and technical requirements in the broader areas of IT/ technology
• To efficiently attract talented candidates and match them to permanent positions of our clients
• To draft and post Job Posts for tech roles
• Extensive sourcing at Linkedin and screening/sourcing candidacies from Manpower’s database
• Cultivate & extent Manpower’s Tech Community
• Use our Manpower methodology and tools to screen candidates, interview them and match them with the needs of our clients
• Advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels & technical requirements
• Meet monthly and annual targets


Who you need to be to fit the role:
• University Degree. MA/MSc in HRM will be considered an asset
• 1-3 years of tech recruitment experience in a startup, or tech firm, or recruitment agency
• Very good knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing (ideally exposure with LinkedIn’s Recruiter, PRO or Lite)
• Previous experience with ATS will be highly appreciated
• Be able to work in a fast paced, transparent environment, autonomously, and with strong values upholding the company brand at all times
• Very good analytical skills
• Customer focused & achievement orientated
• Tech savvy personality
