Key Account Manager, Athens/Thessaloniki

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational healthcare consultancy and distribution company, is searching for a self-motivated Key Account Manager, based in Athens or Thessaloniki.

The job holder will be responsible to strengthen growth in key accounts in Greece, by developing and implementing company’s strategic plans, reporting to Health Head of Operations.

Main responsibilities:

The successful candidate will :
•Support and nurture a strong network of doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacists, health-related organizations/personnel and decision makers of key accounts
•Identify market trends and translate them into business opportunities
•Gather customer insights from defined accounts/customers
•Prioritize own accounts and define business opportunities & customer needs
•Provide the most recent information, related to company’s products and their approved indications in a manner which will ensure their appropriate use, getting the most out of the business potential for the assigned territory
•Hold an open communication channel with opinion leaders on market developments, customer experiences, competition and new products
•Create and execute Account Plans for their assigned area
•Feel responsible for the targeting and segmentation of different markets
•Offer input regarding analysis of data and sales reports

Candidate Profile:
•Proven working experience 3+ years in fertility products/clinics or private and public gynecology doctors
•Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences/related field or the equivalent through relevant working experience
•Readiness to demonstrate a track record of own sales result
•Fluency in English, written and spoken
•Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office, experience in a CRM system)
•Strategic overview and a can-do mentality
•Good understanding on how healthcare system works
•Ambition to maximize the market share of the product portfolio
•Collaboration, effective communication with strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
•Ability to understand and interpret sales figures
