Key Account Manager (Home Appliances/Electronics)

On behalf of our client, a global appliances and consumer electronics brand, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.

This role will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director for Eastern Europe & Country Manager for Greece.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The successfully evaluated candidate will be responsible for managing assigned Key Accounts and execute the commercial strategy for the sustainable growth of the operations.

More specifically he/she will be:
•Strengthening relationships with assigned Key Accounts and helping profitable growth of mutual business with key partners
•Co-creating sales strategies to achieve commercial targets (business volume, profitability, inventory, revenue collection)
•Working with both retail and wholesalers, to improve market share, in-house share and price index
•Ensuring country-wide channel penetration and shelf visibility
•Balancing sales and stocks of assigned Key Accounts
•Co-designing promo campaigns to ensure sustainable growth
•Developing “focus“ categories aiming to create long-term success
•Analyzing customer needs and tracking market changes
•Providing feedback to marketing, product management, customer care, business development teams and mobilizing them to create more value for the customers
•Providing inputs for product management efforts
•Preparing competition benchmarks
•Overseeing supply chain operations to secure business continuity
•Providing regular sales forecasts for production planning

CANDIDATE PROFILE
•BSc/ MSc, ideally in Engineering or Technical field
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role for a multinational home appliances company
•Deep knowledge of the products, competition landscape, retail and wholesale businesses
•Strong commercial management skills
•Familiarity with sales channels and service networks in the business
•Customer-centric approach
•Solid knowledge on consumer law and GDPR regulations
•Customer-centric approach
•Presentation & Communication skills
•Fluency in Greek & English
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
•Ability to travel on a regular basis
