📍 Work model: On-Site

Duties/Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate brings deep insight into the healthcare industry, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles. The mission is to build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals by promoting innovative medical software and equipment that elevate the efficiency and quality of medical services.

• Manage the full sales cycle for medical software and equipment
• Present and promote company solutions to private healthcare professionals, clinics, and medical centers
• Build and grow the client base with a focus on long-term, trust-based relationships
• Understand client needs and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Participate in private healthcare events and conferences
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate CRM records of clients, sales stages, and follow-up activities
• Provide first-level training and support to clients


Candidate’s Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in medical software and equipment sales
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Health, Technology, Business, etc.)
• Existing network in the medical and diagnostic field is highly desirable
• Excellent PC and CRM software skills
• Very good command of English
• Driving license and willingness to travel
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Well-organized with strong time management
• Results-oriented and committed to high performance
