Medical Sales Representative

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a global pharmaceutical company with a presence in Greece, specializing in personalized medicine and pharmaceutical compounding, is in search of a medical sales representative.

The Medical Sales Representative will be visiting prescribers-physicians daily and will be responsible for handling a variety of pre-sale and post-sale customer care (prescribers/doctors) and compounding advice as required.

📌 Location: Athens, Greece
🖋️ Reporting to: Sales Manager & Marketing Manager

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products and compounding solutions to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and usage
• Assist customers in maximizing use of all compounding solutions and concepts offered by the company
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and support
• Gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
• Implement solutions-Utilizes superior customer service skills to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Stay up-to-date on new products, applications, and techniques through webinars and trainings



Candidates Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Previous experience in sales to dermatologists will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
