Responsibilities:The role reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Key objective: The medical sales representative’s responsibilities include the re-launch of a specific cardio drug, identifying new opportunities to increase product sales, investigating, and resolving customer complaints, and strategically.
More specifically he/she will:
🌟 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand company’s market presence
🤝 Create and maintain relationships with the Key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers
📊 Stay ahead of industry trends and research, and contribute valuable insights to shape the sales approach
Requirements:
• University degree (BA / BSc) – preferably in the scientific field
• Sales experience in medicine, ideally cardiac drugs for hypertension and/or cardio-related devices
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and market access
• Team player and entrepreneurial problem solver
• Ability to understand the marketplace driving medical professionals and other stakeholders
• Business and financial acumen with negotiation and decision-making skills
• Passion for Healthcare
• Strategic Thinker
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Goal-driven sales professional
