The ideal Candidate should:
-Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
-Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via inbound calls, mail, and online chat for customers to resolve any issues.
-Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
-Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)

Profile:
-Fluency in Norwegian OR Swedish OR Danish language.
-Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
-Tech savvy.
-Previous experience in the field will be considered as an asset.
-Genuinely excited to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving oriented.
-Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative.
