Our client is a multinational company and a leader in fast fashion industry.

📌 Location: Northern Suburbs

📍 Working Model: On-site

🖋️You will be reporting to: Country Manager

What you will do:
The role’s mission is to manage the office operations and be sure that all the procedures sun smoothly.

More specifically:
-Organize and schedule appointments to keep everything on track.
-Manage couriers and post office tasks efficiently.
-Keep our office supplies stocked and ready for action.
-Book travel arrangements like a pro.
-Provide top-notch support to visitors and prepare for meetings with precision.
-Keep our expenses filed neatly for easy access.
-Support our dynamic Sales Team when they need a hand.
-Help out HR with event planning to make our office culture shine.

What we are looking for:

-University Degree
-3-4 years of experience as an administrative or office admin assistant
-Proficient level of English both verbal and written
-Familiar with Windows & Microsoft Office
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
-Attention to detail and a knack for solving problems
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Organizational skills with the ability to handle diverse tasks with ease
