ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking for a motivated and experienced Pharmacy Sales Representative with primary responsibility to promote a range of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies.

📌Area of Responsibility: Peloponnese Region, Greece
🖋️ Reporting: Area Manager

Key Objective: Responsible for the effective promotion of the company products to pharmacies and healthcare professionals.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
•Promote and sell the pharmaceutical products to pharmacies and healthcare professionals
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmacy community
•Sales - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management
•Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients.
•Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
•Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Candidates Profile:
•Bachelor`s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology or related field
•2-3 years proven experience as a Pharmacy Representative or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
•Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Work independently and thrive in a team environment
•Ability to travel within the assigned territory
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
