ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational company in the Packaging and Manufacturing industry, is in search of a Plant HR Business Partner, to join its plant premises, in Corinth.

Responsibilities:
The job holder will have complete accountability for the full employee lifecycle – from payroll, to sourcing potential applicants to managing exits from the organization. Their main aim is to ensure the organization achieves its goals.

More specifically he/she will:
• Manages full payroll cycle of 150 employees (Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets, calculates bonuses and allowances, prepares employees` compensation by the end of each month using payroll software, schedules bank payments or hands out paychecks directly to employees, distribute payment statements and gathers signed receipts etc)
• Manages the time recording and absences system, while maintains all HR databases, reports and systems, in order to ensure correct salary payments
• Handles any other data needed for the payroll cycle
• Manages all legal employee related labor processes as well as the Company’s benefits’ administration (for the employees)
• Implements compensation program
• Active involvement in recruitment, training and HR administration
• Participates in special HR projects (onboarding etc)
• Identifies, proposes, and implements HR best practices
• Assists and supports to site’s employees
• Ensures that the site compliances with employment laws and regulations
• Interacts with the unions and negotiates terms of contracts, maintaining a healthy relationship
• Provides support to other departments, ensuring compliance to internal policies, legal demands and Health and Safety issues and trainings
• Supports the Management Team on performance management and disciplinary cases
• Recommends best practices, reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance

Candidate Profile:
• University Degree and/or an MSc with specialization in HR
• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant HR Generalist role
• Experience in an industrial environment will be highly preferred
• Experience with the use of a payroll system (such as ScanHRMS) will be appreciated
• Fluency in English
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build positive relationships at all levels
• Excellent communications skills – ability to communicate clearly and consistently independent to seniority and role
• Ability to communicate in a diplomatic way and negotiate
• Organization skills and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Calm under pressure and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as appropriate
